Our Mission
At Montessori Learning Garden, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and nurturing community where children feel secure, build confidence, and grow harmoniously. Our mission is to provide a welcoming environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and develop at their unique pace. We aim to instill a lifelong love of learning by seamlessly integrating the principles of Montessori education with exhilarating outdoor adventures. By embracing this innovative approach, we help children find joy in learning through exploration and adventure, igniting their curiosity and enthusiasm for the world around them.
What We Offer
Certified Montessori Guide
Chanena, our certified Montessori guide with over 25 years of experience and a BA in Education (currently training as an Educational Therapist), creates a peaceful, joyful classroom where every child feels seen, safe, and celebrated. Her passion lies in discovering what makes your child light up and giving them the exact support they need to grow in confidence, feel deeply loved and valued, and become empowered to be their very best self.
Montessori Classroom
Our adorable Montessori classroom is designed to inspire learning in all areas: Language, Math, Practical Life, Sensorial, and Culture. Our trained teacher observes and responds to each child's unique needs, providing personalized support.
Outdoor Education
Our outdoor classroom is a dynamic learning environment filled with purposeful opportunities that foster growth, curiosity, and hands-on exploration. Students will engage in gardening, harvesting, and a variety of exciting practical life activities rooted in the natural world.
We are committed to evolving this space together with our students, continuously enriching their learning experiences as the outdoor environment grows and develops alongside them.
Our Program Commitment
Our program is a three-day-a-week commitment designed to ensure that children maximize their time with us and experience all the fun activities and exciting adventures we offer.

: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM - Cost
: $55 per day ($165 per week)
Please note: We do not currently offer sibling discounts.

Chanena's Private Tutoring (at the Van Nuys location) offers personalized Montessori-style sessions at home since 2020. Each 1 or 2-hour session is tailored to your child's needs, promoting an stress-free environment where they can learn and explore at their own pace.
